Fees and Payment Information

• All fees are due at or before the time of service, unless other arrangements are made.

• We will make every effort to make sure you can afford Dr. Peipman's services.  If you are unable to afford the standard fees due to financial hardships, please talk to Dr. Peipman about sliding scale fees.

• Phone calls lasting more than 5 minutes will be charged a pro-rated fee based upon the schedule below. 

• Email is for non-urgent matters only. Emails requiring more than a 1 paragraph brief reply will be charged at the hourly pro-rated fee based upon the schedule below.

• Please pay for your first appointment with cash, check, or ahead of time with a credit card using PayPal.

• Insurance: It is the patient's responsibility to file insurance claims. A standard billing form and diagnosis code sheet will be offered upon request.  The patient is responsible for payment at the time of service, regardless of insurance coverage.

• Psychotherapy (50 minutes): $165
• Psychotherapy (30 minutes): $100
• Telephone or Online Counseling (50 minutes): $135
• Telephone or Online Counseling (30 minutes): $75
  
• Testing (50 minutes):  $247.50 (includes scoring and interpretation)
• Testing (100 minutes): $495 (includes scoring and interpretation)
